Liz Cheesbrough Fitness Specialist


PT level 3 & 4, Yoga and Pilates instructor.

Additional specialist training in mobility, bio-mechanics, injury rehabilitation, CV periodisation and Strength and Conditioning for performance and metabolic optimisation.

Becoming fit is an empowering decision. My goal is to create a profile for every individual to enjoy their journey to better health.

Personal Strength Training sessions will evolve and progress in accordance with individual specifications and goals.
